Seafood … best eaten as close to the sea as possible!

Our “Where to eat” blog post has to start with the jewel in Norfolk’s culinary crown … seafood!

Feast on local crab, scallops, sea bass & sea bream to name just a few delights. Our favourite place for local seafood is The Moorings in Blakeney. This very unassuming eatery is situated just up from the National Trust car park. Ensure you book in advance because it is very popular. Posh it isn’t but the chef definitely knows how to cook fish and the puddings are devine! Eat like kings and queens and then walk off your meal along the marshes & creeks.
